All returned items will be compensated through store credit. Items must be returned to us within 14 days of the day they were placed. My Zoey Girl Boutique has 14 days to process your return. To be eligible for a return, items must be in brand-new, unused condition. This means unworn, unwashed unstained, free of scent, free of pet hair and tags intact. . Shipping costs on a return is a buyer’s expense and will not be reimbursed by My Zoey Girl Boutique. We recommend getting a trackable label for your return as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

Store credit for returns will be sent as a code via email to the email address associated with the order number of the returned items. The email will contain a code that can be entered in the “Discount Code” box at checkout. Store credits can not be combined codes. Store credits have no expiration date. If you forget to apply your credit to an order, we cannot apply it once your order is placed. Any issues using your credit or questions should be addressed to firstname.lastname@example.org PRIOR to placing an order and we’ll get back to you in a timely manner and figure out a solution! If you return items from an order where a gift card was used for full or partial payment, the credit for your return will be reloaded onto that gift card. Please know credits and gift cards can be recycled up to 2 times. After 2 returned purchases of the same credit, credit is limited.
